The government has determined that this product continuity is critical to the success of USACE flood response missions. Interested parties have 15 days to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with submissions, and firms must be actively registered in SAM with no active exclusions to be eligible for award.
