About this opportunity
The Department of the Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service has issued a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a sole source contract to Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. for an automated retirement benefits software and user subscription system. The contract is specifically designed to support administrative needs for employee retirement management across federal agencies. The opportunity is classified as a Total Small Business set-aside and was posted on April 15, 2025, with a response deadline of April 25, 2025. The software will serve approximately 30,000 employees, providing a comprehensive web-based platform for retirement-related services. The contract will enable employees to access 24/7 self-service capabilities for calculating annuity estimates, viewing benefits data, and managing retirement information.

The software must generate retirement estimates for both Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) and Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), calculate service computation dates, and provide secure information transmission. Interested vendors must submit electronic responses demonstrating their capability to meet the specified technical requirements by the designated deadline.
