About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps is procuring Autel EVO Drone systems through Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia, specifically seeking Autel EVO MAX 4T XE Bundles to support the Light Marine Air Defense Intercept Capability (L-MADIS) program. This procurement addresses a Joint Urgent Operations Need (JUONS) to provide drone capabilities for Marine Expeditionary Units and forward deployed units currently operating in the field. Each bundle must include the complete aircraft system with smart controller, spare propellers, batteries, chargers, rugged case, accessories, plus additional equipment such as a speaker/spotlight module and landing pad. The solicitation will be evaluated based on three equally weighted factors: technical capabilities, price, and past performance. Quotes must be submitted electronically to mirthaly.quintanilla@usmc.mil by September 22, 2025, with all responses required to remain valid for 90 days.
This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 336411 (Aircraft Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,500 employees, restricting participation to qualifying small businesses only. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or specify award values, though it requires vendors to provide complete pricing that includes all delivery, shipping, handling, and applicable fees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity ID, Cage Code, and Federal Tax ID Number as part of their submission requirements. The place of performance is specified as Albany, Georgia 31704, where the Marine Corps Logistics Base is located. Only the selected vendor will receive notification of award, and all quoted items must be priced as total, inclusive amounts without separate line item breakdowns for additional costs.
