About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a Delivery Order to Collins Aerospace (CA) to provide Technical Interface Meeting (TIM) support for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Information Assurance Systems Program Office (IASPO). The support will focus on familiarization and platform integration of the AN/ARC-210 radios, including the RT-1939(C), RT-1990(C), RT-1939A(C), RT-1990A(C), and RT-2036(C) models. The TIM support will be provided both in-country (Australia) and remotely to resolve Australian AN/ARC-210 integration design, installation, certification, and transition to sustainment activities. This sole-source acquisition is being pursued under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as the AN/ARC-210(V) electronic protection (EP) radio systems and associated support equipment have been determined to be commercial products that only CA can provide or support.
This is an unrestricted procurement with no set-aside. Collins Aerospace is the incumbent contractor and the only responsible source for this requirement. The Government does not intend to fund the development or qualification of other sources. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice, and the Government will consider the information received prior to the closing date of November 27, 2024. The contract performance will take place in Cedar Rapids, IA.
