Contractors must submit an interest letter demonstrating their capability to the Contracting Officer Patricia Murray by Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7:00 AM MST via email (patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil) or phone (520)228-3095 if they wish to challenge the sole-source determination. All work must be performed by certified technicians using genuine OEM parts in strict accordance with original equipment manufacturer specifications, and the scope includes scheduled preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, and corrective repairs to address existing operational faults. The government retains sole discretion to determine whether to compete the procurement based on responses received during this challenge period.
