About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is seeking to procure one assembly unit for PC104 electrical and electronic hardware under NSN 7H-5998-016262732. This procurement is structured as a sole-source acquisition, with Maritime Applied Physics Corp. While this is not a request for competitive proposals, all responsible sources may submit capability statements or proposals within 45 days of the July 1, 2025 posting date, with responses due by July 7, 2025. The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on any responses received.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations and is available to all qualified contractors. Maritime Applied Physics Corp. has been designated as the current approved source for this specialized PC104 assembly component. The procurement calls for delivery of one unit on an FOB origin basis, though no specific contract value or budget range has been disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The government has indicated that this acquisition will not follow FAR Part 12 commercial item procedures based on market research findings. Interested commercial item suppliers have a shortened 15-day window from the notice publication to identify their capabilities to the contracting officer.
