The purpose of this Amendment is to publish the questions and answers from the Pre-Bid Site Visit held July 21, 2015 and to attach the Bid Bond form:
Q1-Spec says park will haul grindings - will they be able to keep up, how far away will they be hauled?

A2-Concrete
Q3-Are there weight limits on bridge?
A3-Park regularly drives equipment over 50k pounds, not a concern.
Q4-Horsetail vegetation along edge at Narada, pave over? What about other vegetation near edge?
A4-Park will be responsible for removal of edge vegetation. No spraying allowed.
Q5-Small section of raised berm to stay or be flat?
A5-No raised berm, all flat.
Q6-Will payment be lump sum or price per ton laid?
A6-Paid per ton laid.
Q7-Narada Falls area - do you want risers on the sewer covers?

Q8-On Steven's Canyon - how deep to grind butt joints?

Q9-Who will be responsible for striping?
