SUBJECT: ASPEN ENGINEERING SUITE SOFTWARE BUNDLES
Description: The U.S. Chemical Safety Board intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to ASPEN Technology Inc., Burlington, MA for the following:
ASPENONE Engineering Desktop Software Bundle (ASPEN Plus/ASPEN Custom Modeler/ASPEN Dynamics Software) based on 1-year license term with 2 option years.

This request is considered to be sole source to ASPEN Technology Inc. All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Offerors shall provide sufficient technical literature, documents, etc, in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. The North American Classification Code (NAIC) is 511210. This award shall be made using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
