This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is N0018925Q0188 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 (effective 17 Jan 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 Jan 2025). One artifact from Building 706 will also be relocated to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL.
