This contract opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to qualified small business entities. The statement of work specifies that the contractor must supply and install three HEPA air purification systems with 99.95% particle capture capability and 915 square feet coverage, which will remain in place post-remediation, with annual HEPA carbon filter replacement required during maintenance phases. The cleaning scope encompasses 6,988 square feet of floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces, 7 workstations, 9 tool cabinets, 4 office desks, 39 weapons storage racks, 8 wall lockers, a janitorial closet, and latrine facilities. A mandatory site inspection prior to bidding is required to assess environmental and logistical factors, and the contractor must designate a site project manager as the point of contact for all government communications. No award value or budget range has been disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, as responses to this RFI are voluntary and intended for government planning purposes only, with no guarantee that a formal solicitation will follow or that respondents will be added to a prospective bidders list.
