About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security Office of Procurement Operations is extending Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services on a noncompetitive basis to the incumbent, Triple Canopy, Inc., for up to five months through December 31, 2026, to enable solicitation and award of a follow-on contract and facilitate transition.

The task order will be issued under an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Performance covers critical PSO services throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. The extension runs from August 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with actual task order duration not to exceed five months as operationally necessary.

Triple Canopy, Inc. is located at 13530 Dulles Technology Drive, Suite 500, Herndon, Virginia. This action results from a modification to extend the existing contract's ordering period to accommodate the transition timeline. Work is classified under NAICS 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) and PSC S206 (Housekeeping–Guard).
