The task order is planned for a six-month base period with two additional six-month option periods, providing up to 18 months of total performance time. The contract structure emphasizes GDIT's unique position as the current provider, making them essential for maintaining continuity of operations while the Department of Defense transitions to the new billing solution. Performance will take place in Falls Church, Virginia, supporting the Military Health System's ongoing financial management requirements. The procurement falls under NAICS code 541511 for Custom Computer Programming Services and PSC code DA10 for IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service.
