A. The Army Publishing Directorate in Fort Belvoir, VA, has a requirement for the following services/supplies:
Services to be provided under this action are documented in the Enterprise Content Management Services (ECMS) Migration to Managed Services Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 12 Aug 13. This initiative was approved by the Secretary of the Army through the Army Business Initiative Council (ABIC) as the Forms Content Management Program (FCMP, March 2003) and the Publications Content Management Program (PCMP, July 2003), and was assigned to the Enterprise Information Environment Mission Area (EIEMA) in October 2006. The Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (AASA) is the sponsor of the program. The AASA has assigned program execution responsibilities to the APD.
