The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform providing dedicated cellular voice and data service. Advanced Operating Base-Carribean Central America (AOB-CCA),operating in the country of Panama require dedicated cellular voice and data services for their advising mission in support of the SOCSOUTH Commander’s Theater Engagement Strategy.
