The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation (GTARC) of Atlanta, Georgia for the development of Combat System Electronic Warfare capabilities for Advanced Processing Builds (APB).

The resulting contract is awarded via full and open competition (See FAR 35.016). GTARC submitted a White Paper in response to Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Advanced Undersea Technologies N00024-17-IWS5A-01, posted on 16 March 2023. GTARC was notified that their submitted White Papers would be pursued to Phase II in the form of a Request for Proposal on 13 June 2024.
