The Naval Sea Systems Command awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for FY20-24 AN/SPS-48 Radar requirements on a sole source basis to Harris Corporation (Harris), 7821 Orion Ave, Van Nuys, CA, 91406-2029. This BOA allows for the placement of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type delivery orders for an ordering period of sixty (60) months from date of award. This BOA allows for procurement of installation material and spares procurement, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) maintenance, software maintenance, engineering services and changes, product improvements, documentation, testing, training, logistics analyses, technical investigations, installation support, and other radar maintenance/repair actions for the AN/SPS-48 Radar.
This BOA is a follow-on for supplies or services for which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) (iii)(B).

Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Harris Corporation directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
