About this opportunity
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has published a Special Notice regarding its intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Asia Pacific Metrology Program (APMP) for NIST's annual Associate level membership. NIST intends to issue a firm fixed-price Purchase Order for a 1-year period with a 1-year option period to APMP, the exclusive resource maintaining the available research content, member publications and newsletters, collecting the annual fee, and administering benefits to member organizations.

The due date for any inquiries or expressions of capability is 5:00PM EST on December 4, 2024. NIST will consider responses to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future, but this notice is not a request for quotation or competition. Interested parties must provide sufficient documentation to establish their bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement.
