Fair market value rent ranges from $215.57 per acre annually for agricultural use to $20,194.42 per acre for data center use, with 3.0% annual escalation and mandatory reappraisal every ten years. Tenant bears all development, construction, utility, operations, maintenance, environmental compliance, and restoration costs. Proposals limited to 75 pages (excluding financial documentation), submitted as searchable, unlocked PDFs in Times New Roman 12-point font with one-inch margins. Four evaluation factors of approximately equal weight: Fair Market Value Rent, Financial Capability/Viability, Technical Approach, and Impact to Glenn Research Center and Local Economy. Industry Day scheduled April 16, 2026; registration requests due by March 27, 2026. Q&A closes April 30, 2026. As of June 3, 2026, NASA uploaded Q&A responses, wetlands and species information, and agricultural lease guidance.
