About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Seattle is soliciting analytical and data validation services through a single award task order contract (SATOC). The procurement seeks comprehensive analytical testing laboratory services to provide chemical analysis and validation across multiple matrices including soil, water, sediment, air, biota, and chemical products. Contractors must possess capabilities to perform bioassay, chemical analysis, and physical testing in compliance with federal, state, county, and local regulations including MTCA, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, Clean Air Act, and Clean Water Act. Required qualifications include Department of Defense Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) accreditation and other state accreditations necessary to fulfill contract requirements. The scope also encompasses data verification and validation services performed against criteria established within analytical methods, DOD Quality Systems Manual, EPA standards, or other specified methods, with Multi-Agency Radiological Laboratory Analytical Protocols utilized for radiological parameters. The solicitation was posted on November 14, 2024, with proposals due on June 25, 2025.

This opportunity is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541380 for Testing Laboratories and Services.
