About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is procuring one Analog Direct to Digital RF System, specifically the Analog ADSY1100-ENG3 unit manufactured by Analog Devices. This procurement will be conducted on an other than full and open competition basis, with competition limited to authorized distributors of the manufacturer. The solicitation N6893625Q5103 was posted on July 17, 2025, with quotes due by July 24, 2025, providing vendors with only one week to respond. Key requirements include submission of comprehensive vendor details such as CAGE Code, SAM UEI, GSA Contract information, payment terms, warranty information, and confirmation of compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Defense FAR Supplement. The item must be purchased from an Original Equipment Manufacturer or certified manufacturer reseller in new condition, with used or refurbished products explicitly prohibited. Delivery is required by March 31, 2026, and vendors must be prepared to process invoicing through Wide Area Workflow.
Despite the opportunity notice indicating "No Set-Aside Used," the attached government file reveals this is actually designated as a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside opportunity, creating a discrepancy in the documentation. The contract involves procuring a single unit of the specialized RF system with a firm fixed price structure, and the timeline spans approximately eight months from the July 2025 solicitation date to the March 2026 delivery deadline. Performance will involve delivery to the Naval Air Warfare Center at China Lake, California, with the contractor required to maintain active SAM registration and Defense Logistics Information Services certification to access Controlled Unclassified Information. The procurement falls under the Printed Circuit Assembly Manufacturing NAICS category and Guided Missile Components PSC category, indicating its defense-related electronic systems application. Interested parties must contact Andrea Farrell via email at Andrea.m.farrell7.civ@us.navy.mil for additional information or clarification regarding the solicitation requirements.
