The event is large-scale, family and youth-friendly, with open walk-in access and no ticketing.

The contractor is responsible for event concept development, site master plan, programming schedule, staffing plan, vendor curation, risk mitigation, communications and promotion plans, logistics coordination, sound and audiovisual equipment for outdoor and indoor performances, security deposits (Thai Baht 120,000), cleaning and security staffing, operational fees including rooftop rental (Thai Baht 400,000 for four days), weather protection for main stage and food zones, first-aid and ambulance services, and comprehensive event promotion through influencer marketing and paid media across 5–10+ platforms. All pricing must be in Thai Baht excluding VAT, including Defense Base Act insurance. Payment follows a fixed three-phase milestone structure: planning phase upon design approval, execution phase upon event completion, and post-event phase upon submission of wrap-up video, photo album, and final report. Prices must remain valid for 12 months through April 2027 with no price adjustment mechanisms. All partnerships and KOLs require Embassy approval.
