About this opportunity

The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala City seeks a contractor to design and implement comprehensive outreach, promotional, and event activities for the America250 Commemoration program celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The solicitation requires the contractor to produce extensive promotional materials including pamphlets, flyers, posters, banners, branded merchandise (400 t-shirts, 800 pins, 800 pens, 400 notebooks, 400 totes), create print, radio, and TV advertisements, plan and execute three Embassy-led events for 100 people each, and provide photography, videography, and social media content. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and demonstrate technical capability to deliver these comprehensive marketing and event services. The U.S. Government will award this purchase order using a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation methodology. Quotes are due by September 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM, with required submissions including SF-18 form, detailed pricing breakdown with unit NET price and VAT, scope of work, and proof of SAM registration.

This solicitation operates under no set-aside designation, making it open to all qualifying contractors regardless of size or socioeconomic status. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation documents. While specific award values are not disclosed, the scope includes significant quantities of promotional materials and merchandise, suggesting a substantial budget allocation for the year-long commemoration effort. The contract performance period extends from the award date through December 31, 2026, aligning with the America250 commemoration timeline that runs from Memorial Day 2025 through the end of 2026. Work will be performed at multiple locations including the contractor's facilities, the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala City, and various event venues throughout Guatemala as the Embassy showcases American excellence and diplomatic heritage in the region.
