The procurement is not set aside for any specific small business category and will be available for viewing and downloading exclusively on SAM.gov, with no hard copies issued. While the basic contract period includes 152 units, subsequent ordering periods will require 59 units per period. The place of performance is located in Warner Robins, GA 31098. The contract is structured as a firm fixed price (FFP) requirements contract spanning five years. Potential contractors must be prepared to submit comprehensive documentation, including acceptance test reports, item unique identification marking plans, and counterfeit prevention plan verification reports. The solicitation emphasizes the specialized nature of the equipment, which continuously detects and intercepts radio frequency signals in specific frequency ranges, analyzing and separating threat from non-threat signals.
