About this opportunity
The National Park Service Alaska Region is procuring two Trimble Alloy GNSS Receivers equipped with Geodetic Antennas configured with 24GB memory, 100Hz data rate capability, and multi-constellation satellite support (Beidou, Galileo, and QZSS), along with rechargeable batteries. The procurement excludes RTK/RTX capabilities and will be awarded as a firm fixed-price purchase order to a single vendor. Award will be made on a best-value basis, with evaluation focused on technical acceptability—defined as meeting all minimum specifications—and total price, both of which will be considered with trade-offs to maximize government benefit. The solicitation period runs from March 27, 2026 through April 13, 2026 at 1500 hours Eastern Time, with questions accepted until April 8, 2026 at 1300 hours Mountain Daylight Time. Prospective offerors must acknowledge Amendment 02, which revised the quantity from one to two units, and failure to acknowledge receipt by the submission deadline may result in offer rejection.
This solicitation is restricted to small business entities as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical System and Instrument Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. No incumbent contractor or award value is specified in the available documentation. The two Trimble Alloy GNSS Receivers must be delivered by June 1, 2026 to the National Park Service in Anchorage, Alaska, Care of Joel Cusick, located at 240 West 5th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. Quotations must be submitted via email to ronald_bunch@ios.doi.gov and include completed SF 18 forms, specifications lists demonstrating capability to meet government requirements, pricing schedules, and contractor core data including UEI, CAGE code, and warranty service location. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of submission, and payment will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
