This notice seeks proposals for airfield regulator repairs at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska has a requirement for airfield regulator repairs. The contractor shall remove and replace existing constant current regulators and airfield lighting control and monitoring system and all other equipment required to be replaced to function with installation of Constant Current Regulators and Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System to meet the requirements of a new and operational airfield lighting system.  Details regarding this requirement can be found in the Statement of Work.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA5004-21-B-0003, and will be available for retrieval at beta.sam.gov once posted on or about 31 March 2021.  

This acquisition is being competed as a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).  

The solicitation for this acquisition will be issued electronically and will be publicized via 
beta.sam.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents from the beta.sam.gov website as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidder mailing list will be maintained. Interested offerors should register at the beta.sam.gov website in order to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation.

All offerors must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Questions via telephone will not be accepted.  

Bids must be received not later than the date listed within the publicized solicitation.
