Notice text
This is an effort to obtain engineering support for the Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP), Mechanical Equipment and Subsystem Integrity Program (MECSIP), Avionics Integrity Program (AVIP) on the TH-1H, UH-1N, HH-60G, HH-60W, and MH-139A fleet, referred to as United States Air Force (USAF) rotary-wing aircraft. This effort includes a wide range of analyses, to include engineering research, integration and technical support services, to isolate and analyze potential deficiencies related to USAF rotary-wing weapon systems. This effort will focus on identifying and solving structural and mechanical integrity issues, especially issues associated with the increasing age of the aircraft such as fatigue cracking, damage tolerance, and corrosion. Engineering data, required to implement solutions, is also provided by this effort. This effort benefits the Air Force by helping increase aircraft availability and reducing maintenance downtime.
