As posted on SAM.gov.

This is a competitively awarded cost plus fixed fee contract to support Phase 1 of the DARPA Air Space Total Awareness for Rapid Tactical Execution (ASTARTE) program.  Under this contract, the contractor will research and develop real-time, low-risk joint de-confliction between airspace users and joint fires at an Army Division-level.  This effort involves enough research uncertainties, the presence of which preclude the estimation of costs with sufficient accuracy to use any firm fixed price contract.

Awarded contract HR001121C0008 to SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH LLC for 35202415.00 on 2020-12-29.
