About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command is seeking Air Advisor Academic (AAA) Services to be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. The primary objective is to provide academic instruction and support for education and training of Air Advisors, with courses designed to prepare airmen for security cooperation and advisory missions across geographic combatant command regions. Contractors are required to submit detailed information including company name, point of contact, UEI/CAGE code, small business certification, capability statement, and past experience examples. The government is requesting feedback on the draft performance work statement to ensure flexibility and reduce unnecessary restrictions. Interested contractors must submit their information electronically by April 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST, with responses expected to provide sufficient detail for a thorough government review of firm capabilities.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, targeting small business contractors in the Educational Support Services (NAICS 611710) category. The contract anticipates supporting approximately 1,500 students annually, with up to 4 concurrent classes and 40 daily students. Instructor qualifications are stringent, requiring advanced degrees, military advisory experience, and specific certifications. The performance work statement indicates potential for contract execution at multiple Continental United States sites and potentially overseas locations, excluding designated combat zones. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the requirement suggests a significant multi-year commitment for academic and training support services for the Air Force Expeditionary Center.
