About this opportunity
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Management has issued a Special Notice for a non-competitive modification to extend Task Order 2 (TO2) under the Global Health Supply Chain - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) contract. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of TO2 from November 28, 2024 to November 28, 2026, increase the total estimated cost by $830,339,575, and increase the level of effort in support of field operations and headquarters.
The extension is necessary to avoid an interruption in the provision of life-saving malaria commodities during the transition to the follow-on Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen) contracts. The GHSC-PSM TO2 contract was originally awarded to Chemonics International on April 17, 2015 and is currently set to expire on November 28, 2024. However, the transition to the NextGen contracts is not expected to be complete until November 2026, necessitating the extension of TO2. There are no set-aside requirements, and no specific eligibility criteria for contractors to participate in this modification.
