Notice text

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources. We are soliciting information from well-qualified vendors who are capable of providing high-quality systems and services to support the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program Plan Performance Assessment. The RFI is seeking information on available options to integrate data derived from the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS), and potentially other measures endorsed by the National Quality Forum, as well as to provide analytic and business infrastructure for the FEHB Plan Performance Assessment.

Please note that the collection of this information does not obligate the Government to the incorporation of the solicited comments in any future procurement action which may or may not occur, nor does it obligate the Government to the procurement of any services or products related to this notice.

As stipulated in FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

The Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding.

Responses should include detailed information about your experience in providing the services discussed in this RFI. Specific examples from your current and past client base are especially helpful. As this is not a Request for Proposals (RFP), partial responses will be accepted.

It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for the release of any future information.

See the attached file for complete information and instructions regarding this RFI.
