About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Installation and Mission Support Center is seeking administrative support services for the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) Strategy & Capabilities Division (SG5). The contract will provide professional administrative and advisory assistance for AFMS Governance framework activities, including support for various governance bodies such as the AFMS Gatekeeper, Committees, Ops & Resource Group, Board of Directors, and Council across both NIPR and SIPR networks. Contractors must provide personnel with an associate degree, four years of related work experience, and proficiency in MS-Office and SharePoint, with a required Tier 3 security clearance. The performance work statement emphasizes the need for personnel who can interface with senior leaders and support classified meetings related to Strategic Medical Programming Support. The solicitation targets businesses under NAICS code 541611 for Administrative Management & General Management Consulting Services, with responses due by June 12, 2025.

The contract is set aside for total small business participation, including 8(a) firms, HUBZone, Woman-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The contract structure includes a base year with four option years, to be performed at the Defense Health Headquarters in Falls Church, VA, with normal duty hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Specific staffing requirements mandate 100% position fill rates within 15 days of contract start and workforce turnover below 30%. A post-award meeting will be conducted within 10 business days after contract award, with an initial performance review scheduled 30 calendar days after the contractor assumes full performance responsibilities. While specific award values were not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the support services suggests a significant administrative support contract focused on maintaining the AFMS Governance framework and Trusted Care Heroes Recognition Program.
