The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for A&E services entitled, "Linear Accelerator Site Prep for Radiation Oncology" at the VAMC in Washington, DC. Only firms within 50 mile radius (or with branches within 50 miles) of the Washington, DC VAMC will be considered for award of this contract. The estimated construction price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The project design will encompass the removal of the existing linear accelerator and the installation of a new Linear Accelerator which will impact adjacent areas and/or circulation because of the size of the vault for the new VARIAN, TrueBeam Edition, Linear Accelerator (Manufacturer's Documents are attached). The new lay-out should respect the recent renovation drawings of the Radiation Oncology Department that will be provided from DCVAMC.
