About this opportunity

The Savannah District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Design Architect Engineering Services to support federal projects across multiple Corps of Engineers Districts. This solicitation focuses on procuring comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for military and government facilities, including new vertical construction like barracks, dining facilities, offices, training centers, and horizontal construction projects such as airfields and roads. The contract will require contractors to provide a wide range of services including report preparation, master planning, design criteria development, drawings and specifications, value engineering studies, technical reviews, cost estimates, and construction phase support. All design work must comply with the Savannah District Design Manual and utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The solicitation is open until February 13, 2025, with proposals expected to demonstrate technical expertise in multi-disciplinary design for government infrastructure projects.

This contract opportunity is exclusively set aside for small businesses operating within the Engineering Services NAICS category (541330). The contract will be administered by the Savannah District and may involve task orders for design services across various military installations and government agencies. While specific award values are not disclosed, the contract appears structured as an Indefinite Delivery contract allowing flexible task order assignments based on project needs. Contractors will be required to use specific BIM software platforms and drawing file formats as determined by individual task orders, with all technical submissions following the Architect/Engineer/Contractor (A/E/C) Standard supplemented by Savannah District instructions. The primary performance locations will likely include military bases and government facilities within the jurisdictional areas of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with a focus on comprehensive design services for new construction and renovation projects.
