A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this futureopportunity announcement. Places of performance include Arlington, VA andCharleston, SC.

NOTE REGARDING SYNOPSIS: This synopsis is for information and planningpurposes ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by theGovernment. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. The informationprovided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government tosolicit for or award a competitive contract. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with a size standard of$7M. A full and open competitive, multiple award, cost-plus-fixed-fee,cost-plus-incentive-fee, performance based, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity typecontract (with provisions for firm fixed price orders) is anticipated, with aone(1) year base period to be followed by two (2) one-year option periods. This isconsidered a new requirement.

The projected date for Request for Proposals (RFP) release is on or before 06May 2011. The RFP, and associated documents, will be available on theSPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic E-Commerce Business Opportunity webpage: https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/.
