About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), is procuring digital copies of existing Advanced Harpoon Weapons Control Station (AHWCS) Technical Manuals, technical data, cable drawing packages, and computer software—both classified and unclassified—in support of United States Navy operations. This procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis under a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order structure through an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. The Government intends to award the contract based solely on Boeing's status as the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the Harpoon Weapon System and the exclusive owner of all associated technical data and intellectual property. No formal competitive evaluation criteria are applicable, as this is a sole source procurement where only one source is deemed capable of meeting the requirement. The deadline for interested parties to submit capability statements or express interest is December 17, 2025, with contract award anticipated in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.
This opportunity carries no set-aside designation and is intended exclusively for The Boeing Company, located at 6200 James S McDonnell Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63134-1939, which is identified as the incumbent and sole responsible source. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the solicitation notice. The work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, with contract performance anticipated to commence in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. Small businesses interested in subcontracting opportunities under this delivery order should contact Chasity Strickland at Boeing, while interested parties may also submit capability statements to NAVAIR point of contact Joanna Roland to demonstrate their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
