About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice from the Army Corps of Engineers seeks to award four firm fixed-price single award task order contracts valued at $45 million each to provide emergency temporary roofing repairs across 20 states impacted by natural disasters. Contracts will be awarded based on best value considering technical qualifications over price without discussions. Task orders will be competed between contract holders within each of the two designated regions as recovery work emerges. The deadline for responses is March 30, 2020.

The solicitation has no set-aside designations. Awards will include one small business, one service-disabled veteran-owned small business, one historically underutilized business zone small business, and one woman-owned small business. The NAICS code is 238160 and PSC code is S206. The indefinite delivery contracts have a term of seven years including a five-year base and two-year option.
