Responses are due within 15 days of posting via email to the specified point of contact. To be eligible, contractors must demonstrate their ability to provide an active hydrogen maser with frequency stability of 9x10^-14 Allen Deviation in one second and include specified signal outputs. An additional requirement is for an instrument capable of accepting a 5MHz input and steering the frequency output with a fractional resolution of 1x10^-19. The notice provides contractors the opportunity to submit information establishing their ability to meet the requirements in lieu of the planned sole source award.
