About this opportunity

The USAID South Sudan seeks acquisition and assistance support services through a total small business set-aside solicitation. The contractor must provide two senior-level specialists to remotely perform full-range pre-award and post-award acquisition and assistance functions for highly complex awards, including cost evaluations, technical reviews, source selections, award preparations, and contract closeouts. The specialists must also conduct training and mentoring for in-country staff with each providing 2,080 hours of effort annually. Quotes are due by June 21, 2021 and will be evaluated based on pricing through fixed loaded daily rates for the specialists.

The solicitation is a total small business set-aside designated under NAICS 541611 and PSC code R425. The incumbent contractor is Field Focus LLC under contract number 72066820P00027 valued at $249,297. The period of performance consists of one base year and two option years totaling three years for the two specialists to provide a combined 4,160 hours of effort annually from South Sudan. An amendment clarifies that pricing should be presented through completion of Form 1449 and exclude any costs for travel as all work will be performed remotely from the place of performance in South Sudan.
