THE SOLICITATION DATE WAS INCORRECTLY STATED AS JUNE 29, 2012. THE CORRRECT SOLICITATION DATE IS MAY 29, 2012.
Solicitation for End Item: Aircraft Engine, NSN:2840-01-192-7476, PR Number 0045190283. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 196 DAYS AFAA. Configuration Control item. Critical Application item. NAICS is 336412. This is a small business set aside, full and open after exclusion of sources procurement, potential sources: 01993, 51992, 0W483. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for a Definite Quantity Contract, 2500 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Export Control applies. First Article Test, Government Testing, sample size 2 each. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on solicitation date June 29, 2012. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
