About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command intends to solicit a single source for repair or modification of accelerometers (NSN 7H-6680-015589501-X5, TDP VER 013) under FAR 6.302-1, with responses due by May 6, 2026. The Government does not own rights to technical data required for purchase or repair from alternative sources and has determined reverse engineering uneconomical, establishing the rationale for sole-source procurement.
The requirement covers 10 kits with FOB origin delivery. All responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements to express interest and capability; proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered by the Government. The Government retains discretion to conduct competitive procurement based on responses received. Information submitted will be evaluated to determine whether to pursue competition, though the current intent is sole-source award.
This is a supplies action under PSC 6680 (Liquid and Gas Flow, Liquid Level, and Mechanical Motion Measuring Instruments). No set-aside is anticipated.
