About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting proposals to provide academic training services for its Local Employed Staff in Accra, Ghana who do not possess high school certificates. The contractor will be required to teach mathematics, English, integrated science, and social studies to an estimated 4-20 students per year using provided textbooks and detailed curricula. The base period of performance is one year from the notice to proceed, with four one-year option periods, and proposals will be evaluated based on price. The deadline for proposals is January 4, 2024.
There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. Services will be performed in Accra, Ghana, for an estimated minimum of GH 2000 to a maximum of GH 800,000 over the one-year base period and four option years. An amendment extended the response deadline and added a pre-proposal conference on December 14, 2023 to allow additional time for offerors to prepare responses for providing the academic training services.
