About this opportunity
The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for its new WordPress-based website, which replaced a previous Drupal-based site on March 3, 2025. The contract requires a contractor with expertise in WordPress and Microsoft Azure technologies, capable of maintaining 99.99% website uptime and providing technical support for the ABMC.gov platform. Key contract requirements include managing website infrastructure, performing security updates, conducting accessibility and performance testing, and potentially implementing optional services such as website theme updates and an AI chatbot. The solicitation is a full and open competition with no small business set-aside, and potential contractors must have personnel with relevant technical certifications and the ability to pass background checks. Proposals are due by May 15, 2025, with an anticipated contract start date of June 15, 2025.
The contract is located in Arlington, VA and spans a base year with seven optional years, extending potentially through June 14, 2033. The contract includes multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), with the primary CLIN focusing on website and infrastructure support, and optional CLINs for theme updates, AI chatbot deployment, and comprehensive website assessments. While specific award values were not disclosed, the solicitation indicates an expectation of approximately 1-2 service tickets per week and seeks fair and reasonable pricing proposals. Contractors must demonstrate past performance in WordPress and Azure technologies and be prepared to provide key personnel with T2 Public Trust clearance. The work will be performed remotely, with mandatory system access required by June 15, 2025, and support provided during standard business hours with a 99.9% service level agreement.
