About this opportunity

The Nevada Army National Guard is seeking contractor support for a Supported Collective Training Event (SCTE) scheduled for March 5-8, 2026, to provide realistic training for CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) personnel. The primary goods and services being procured include contractor role players, moulage and clothing services, a structural collapse venue site reset with five training vignettes, medical support via ambulances with trained EMTs, lumber packages, and quality control oversight. Key requirements include providing 50 role players with specific flow rates (40 ambulatory and 20 non-ambulatory persons per hour), operating specialized equipment such as an all-terrain forklift with 10,000-pound capacity, employing subject matter experts certified in Technical Rescue Level 2, and submitting daily status reports and a close-out report. While the pre-solicitation notice does not specify formal evaluation criteria, the Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price single award contract. The full solicitation is expected to be released on SAM.gov around February 14, 2026, with interested parties encouraged to submit capability statements to andrew.simbeck.civ@army.mil prior to that date.

This opportunity is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) certified by the Small Business Administration. The contract performance location is 11450 Nadine Petersen Boulevard, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89124, and the period of performance spans four days with training conducted from 0600-1800 hours daily. No incumbent contractor information or specific award value is disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The Government will furnish certain materials including lumber and concrete slabs internally, while the contractor assumes responsibility for all other equipment, materials, personnel, supervision, and quality control necessary to support the exercise. Interested SDVOSB concerns should note that this announcement is preliminary in nature and does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make a contract award.
