No set-aside is anticipated; however, the Government is actively evaluating whether to set aside this acquisition as a total small business contract and explicitly encourages small business participation.
Work is performed at 7976 Aspen Ave, Building 1283, Hill AFB, Utah. All contractor personnel must hold minimum Secret clearances; specific positions require TS/SCI or TS/SAP eligibility. Contractors must be U.S. citizens.
The contract requires comprehensive support across six service areas: software sustainment (13,720 man-hours annually) for mission-critical radar applications including RS4, DRAMS, RSDB Suite, RDR, and Data Repository; radar technical advisor/technician services (5,880 man-hours); IT and cybersecurity support (approximately 31,360 man-hours) encompassing network administration, systems administration, and client systems support; environmental engineer services including GIS and survey technician support; radar engineer services; and travel coordination services (1,960 man-hours). Software sustainment requires staffing by one Senior Systems Engineer, four Senior Software Engineers, and two Mid-level Software Engineers. IT support requires network administration certifications (CCNA or Network+) and Security+ qualifications. Radar technical advisor services require TS/SAP clearance eligibility.
Performance commences May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2028 (base period), with four optional one-year renewal periods. Billing is cost-reimbursable with monthly invoicing.
