About this opportunity

This Special Notice was published by the Bureau of Reclamation to announce its intent to award a sole source contract to GE Digital. The Bureau of Reclamation seeks to renew licenses for GE's iFIX software package and associated support for its SCADA systems.

The Special Notice provides details on the agency's need to renew iFIX licenses for a base year and four option years to ensure standardization, continuity, and compatibility with its existing SCADA infrastructure that relies on the iFIX platform. Interested parties must respond with clear evidence by June 12, 2023 that competition would benefit the government to prevent the sole source award to GE Digital, the sole developer and support provider of iFIX. The anticipated contract would be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis to GE Digital if no responses are received by the deadline. The NAICS code for this opportunity is 513210 for Software Publishers.
