16. Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining Lift-On/Lift-Off (LO/LO), breakbulk vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels) each capable of carrying a minimum of 750 TEU’s and an additional 25,000 square feet of cargo space, to support resupply operations for McMurdo Station, Antarctica/Operation Deep Freeze 2023. The vessel must be capable of 15 knots minimum when laden and must not exceed maximum overall length of less than or equal to 180 meters (590 feet) and a laden draft of less than or equal to 9.7 meters (32 feet).
