Description:  Request one U.S. flag self-sustaining vessel with registry endorsement under 46 CFR § 67.17 capable of carrying a minimum of 900 ammunition TEUs from packing list while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT segregation and compatibility requirements.  The vessel must have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots minimum, a maximum overall length of 304.8 meters (1000 feet), or a laden draft of 8.9 meters (29.5 feet).
