Place of performance is Lake Baldwin VA Clinic, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, Florida 32803. The safe must meet or exceed all federal, state, and local requirements for narcotics storage, including DEA standards, with a UL-listed high-security digital lock, audit tracking capability, audible alarm, and drill-resistant hard plates. External dimensions may not exceed 70 inches (H) × 36 inches (W) × 24–32 inches (D) and must fit through an 83-inch (H) × 34-inch (W) doorway. The safe must provide approximately 22 cubic feet storage capacity, one right swing door and one left swing door, up to 2 hours fire protection, and configurable interior with adjustable steel shelves. Contractor must deliver and install within 60 days after receipt of order, including site survey, transportation, installation, locking mechanism configuration, on-site training, and a minimum one-year warranty free from defects. The contractor is responsible for removing the existing safe. Contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price.
