Award is anticipated to occur on or about March 24, 2023 to The Binding Site, Inc. The period of performance will be for one base year and four 12 month options.
The requirement includes rental of equipment for Special Protein analyzer that has the capability to perform Free Kappa and Free Lambda Chains, reagents and consumables. The identified equipment, reagents, and consumables will support the Orlando VA healthcare System.
NCO 8 intends to non-competitively award this requirement to The Binding Site, Inc since time is of the essence as the contract is set to expire on March 31, 2023. Unnecessary delays cannot be endured.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516 with the size standard of 1,000 employees. The applicable Product Service Code is 6550. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit an offer and technical capabilities/narrative that proves by clear and convincing evidence that a vendor is available that will provide the special protein analyzers, reagents and consumables for the facility. If said OFFER and technical capabilities/narrative is received within one calendar day of publication of this notice, the narrative will be considered by NCO 8. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
