About this opportunity
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Knox is procuring comprehensive archery equipment for the U.S. Army JROTC 5th Brigade to support 72 Army JROTC programs across multiple states. The procurement includes National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) equipment consisting of 18 line items, primarily Genesis compound bows in six different colors (red, blue, black, green, orange, yellow) with both right and left-handed configurations, along with supporting equipment such as Eternity targets, arrow curtains, repair kits, bow racks, floor quivers, training banners, arrows, and bow cases. The contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a firm fixed price basis to the lowest-price, technically acceptable offeror that meets all technical requirements. All equipment must be delivered by October 31, 2025, with strict delivery restrictions requiring shipments only during normal school hours, Monday through Friday, and complete sets must be delivered to each location without partial shipments. Quotes are due by September 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and the government has confirmed that multiple drop shipments are acceptable as long as all items within a single Contract Line Item Number are delivered together to each location.
This procurement is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under solicitation number W9124D25QA335, restricting participation to qualified small business contractors. While no specific contract value is provided in the available documents, the procurement involves substantial quantities ranging from 72 to 288 units per line item across the 18 different archery equipment categories. The equipment will be distributed to 72 different high schools and JROTC programs located primarily in Texas, with additional locations in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Each school will receive complete archery equipment sets consisting of 2-4 units of each type of equipment, requiring precise coordination of deliveries to ensure all items arrive as complete sets. The performance period extends through October 31, 2025, with specific blackout dates for deliveries during November 24-26, 2025, and December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for all delivery costs and risks until the equipment is received at each final destination, as all items are designated FOB: Destination.
